Welcome to the Olympus Investigator Initiated Trial Program Portal!

Here at Olympus, we believe that the work we do and the medical technologies we create will help provide the opportunity for people to live healthier, safer, and more fulfilling lives. The Olympus Global Investigator Initiated Trial (IIT) Program allows investigators who are committed to this common purpose through Investigator-Sponsored research by further advancing the medical and scientific knowledge about Olympus medical technologies. The Olympus IIT Program provides an opportunity for researchers, both academic and community, in the world to be their own sponsor investigators and conduct their own trials.

The Olympus IIT Portal serves as the primary application submission system and communication platform between Investigators and Olympus throughout the duration of the investigator-sponsored research from study proposal submission, conduct, completion and closeout. 

Currently, the Olympus IIT Portal accepts IIT applications from principal investigators in the North and South America, Japan, Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA), and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. This IIT Portal currently does not allow electronic submissions from China.  All Investigator submitters must be registered to submit an IIT proposal application.  


How to Access the Portal:
First time users, please click on the “Register” button on the upper right of the screen and follow the prompts to register for the system. 
Returning users, please click on the “Sign In” button on the upper right of the screen and login.
